Care Quality Commission 'CQC' rating 'GOOD'

Please see a full copy of the report under 'Further Information'.  We are really pleased and proud to have achieved a overall 'Good' rating in areas inspected by the CQC. The inspection is very thorough and all of the staff and clinicians at the practice work hard to adhere to best practice guidelines, policies and procedures.  Thank you for all the positive comments and feedback we received from our patients during this process.

Friends of Newick Health Centre - Public defibrillator available at Newick Health Centre

Mr Peter Todd - Secretary of the Friends of Newick Health Centre - has arranged for several defibrillators to be available in Newick.  There is now a public defibrillator stored near the front doors of Newick Health Centre which anybody can access in case of emergencies - whilst waiting for the emergency services to arrive.  Our thanks go to the Friends of Newick Health Centre for their generous contribution to the safety and welfare of the villagers.
