Named accountable GP

All patients have a named, accountable GP who is responsible for patients' overall care at the practice.  If you would like to know who your accountable GP is, please contact the practice for further information.  If you have a preference for a particular GP, we will make all reasonable efforts to accomodate your request if at all possible.

The named accountable GP takes responsibility for the co-ordination of all appropriate services required and ensures they are delivered to each of their patients where required.

Do patients have to see the named GP when they book an appointment with the practice?

No, this does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.
