Test Results

test_vialsPlease call after 11:30 to enquire about your test results as our reception staff will have more time to deal with your request.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if you are advised to do so.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.


If a doctor asks you for a specimen please ask for a container and make sure that you label it with your full name and date of birth before you bring the sample to the surgery. Please note we cannot accept samples in glass containers.

Please be aware our last courier collection of the day is approximately 3pm, if your doctor has asked you to bring a specimen to the surgery, please ensure it arrives with us by 2.30pm.
