The surgery cannot provide a Covid pass. If you need proof of your vaccination status, please download the NHS app where your vaccine record will be available, or call 119. 

Government guidelines of using your covid pass are available here. Please bear in mind, it can take up to 5 working days for your vaccination status to update on the NHS App 

Vaccination Clinics

Newick Surgery is offering Covid vaccination clinics every Monday evening from 6.30pm. Please call the surgery in order to book an appointment. 

If you have recently tested positive for Covid-19, please wait 4 weeks from your positive test before booking your covid vaccine. If you are aged 12-17 years old, please wait 12 weeks after a positive Covid test before booking, unless clinically vulnerable in which case, please call after 4 weeks.
